Who this app is for

906 Doheny is a private communication app for the residents of 906 Doheny Terrace in West Hollywood, California. It is not useful to anyone outside the building. Access requires manual approval by an HOA board member.

Getting help

Common questions

I signed up but I can't see anything yet.
New accounts are held until a board member approves them — usually within 24 hours. If it has been longer than that, email us at the address above.

I'm not getting push notifications.
Open Settings → 906 Doheny → Notifications, and confirm alerts are allowed. Inside the app, open Settings (gear icon in the top-right of the Contacts tab) → Notifications, and confirm the severity levels you want are turned on. Emergency alerts always come through regardless of your other preferences.

How do I report a maintenance issue?
Tap the Report tab, walk through the questions, and add a photo if the issue is a leak, spark, or damage. The report goes directly to HOA Premier Management, who reply to you by email.

How do I delete my account?
Open Settings (gear icon in the top-right of the Contacts tab) → Manage account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile and anonymizes any reports you submitted.

I moved out. Can I remove myself from the building?
Email a board member or use the "Delete my account" flow above. You can also email us and we'll handle it.

Where do I download the app?
You're already here, so probably from the App Store. If not, search "906 Doheny" on the App Store or the Google Play Store.

Privacy and data

The app collects the minimum data needed to identify you as a resident (name, unit number, email, and optionally a phone number) plus any content you post (reports, alerts). Data lives on Supabase, our backend provider, and is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the vendors who need to see maintenance reports.
